I kept certain records and forgot to save this one and it was accidently deleted in my email I need to re-install because I had to reset my computer and it deleted all of my programs. That image attachment has never appeared in the forum before. John EB clearly gave you an email contact address, where you would be able to request a resend of all the details of your purchase, including your serial/registration number. If all the above fail email sales at quote your reference or receipt number etc requesting they resend your serial number and download link.

If you did not register the software and you still have the serial number in your emails, then download the trial version of Movie Edit Pro - I assume this is the Plus version, install it, enter your serial number when asked and register the software, and then install all the extras in the second download - you will be prompted to do this, I suggest you check the leave files in download folder option unless you are limited on hard drive space.
Once logged in click the My Products link - this will take you to your registered products page where you will find a download link and your serial number which you would have received by email.

If so then go to the website and login using the My Account icon top right of the home page using the email address and password you used to register the software - probably the same one as you use here. I thought I save the serial number but I guess I forgot.ĭid you get the program installed and registered? I forgot to register the serial number on my account.
